Main Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 6 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
