  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Toss the shrimp in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
  4. 4. Place the shrimp on the smoker and cook for 20 minutes or until pink and opaque.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
