Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
A simple, fresh tomato soup made from garden tomatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Basil Leaves, chopped
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Pour in vegetable broth, add salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
7. Stir in chopped basil leaves before serving.
