  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
