  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes per side.
