  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butterfly the shrimp by slicing them down the middle, but not all the way through.

  4. 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
