Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add roast beef slices and cook until heated through.
In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
Place hoagie rolls in the oven for about 5 minutes or until slightly crispy.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing the heated roast beef into the hoagie rolls.
Serve with a small bowl of the au jus for dipping.
