Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add roast beef slices and cook until heated through.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Place hoagie rolls in the oven for about 5 minutes or until slightly crispy.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the heated roast beef into the hoagie rolls.
  6. Serve with a small bowl of the au jus for dipping.
