Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 7 oz Fideo pasta
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the fideo pasta and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Serve hot.
