  • 400 g Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
