Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bag Coleslaw Mix 14 oz
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Cook until cabbage is tender.
  4. 4. Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture and stir well.
  5. 5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
