Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok and add vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Push the garlic and onion to the side, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble.
  4. 4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
