- 3 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Pour the batter into the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden.
