Instructions

  2. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Pour the batter into the skillet.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
