Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup Water Warm
Filling
- 1 cup Ground pork
- 0.5 cup Chopped cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
Place a small amount of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal.
Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
