Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip the shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
5. Remove shrimp with tongs and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
