- 2 large cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 large onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
