Ingredients 

Fish and Coating

  • 4 fillets Fish Fillets any white fish
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. 3. Beat eggs in another shallow dish.
  4. 4. Place breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
  5. 5. Dredge each fillet in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  7. 7. Fry fish fillets until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. 8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
