  • 2 cups White vinegar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Pack green beans, garlic, and red pepper flakes into a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot brine over the beans, leaving some headspace.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
