Cream of Broccoli Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
2. Add the chopped broccoli and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the broccoli is tender.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
4. Return the soup to the pot, stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
