  • 1 head Broccoli chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the chopped broccoli and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the broccoli is tender.
  3. 3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  4. 4. Return the soup to the pot, stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
