Ingredients

  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place the crab mixture on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
  4. Top with the other two slices, buttered side out.
  5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
