Crab Louie Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Cooked crab meat
- 2 pieces Hard-boiled eggs quartered
- ½ cup Black olives sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Capers drained
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
2. On a large platter, arrange the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
3. Top the lettuce with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, crab meat, hard-boiled eggs, and black olives.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine.
