Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cooked crab meat
  • 2 pieces Hard-boiled eggs quartered
  • ½ cup Black olives sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Capers drained
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
  2. 2. On a large platter, arrange the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
  3. 3. Top the lettuce with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, crab meat, hard-boiled eggs, and black olives.
  4. 4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine.
