  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg.
  2. 2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
