Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Butter for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg.
2. Form mixture into patties.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
