  • 4 slices Rye bread
  • 200 g Corned beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
  2. 2. On the unbuttered side, spread mustard.
  3. 3. Layer corned beef and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread, mustard side up.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side out.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.
