Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Add milk and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
