Main Ingredients
- 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add the corn kernels and heavy cream. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
