  • 1 lb crawfish tails cooked and peeled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the crawfish tails and chopped parsley until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
