Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Clam Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cans Clams drained
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. Add onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add potatoes and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and clams. Heat through but do not boil.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with crispy bacon.
