Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
A hearty and delicious breakfast casserole perfect for Christmas morning.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 6 slices Bread, cubed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and 1 ½ cups of the shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
