Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
