Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 cups Chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup Grated carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup Sliced almonds toasted
  • ¼ cup Green onions sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, cilantro, almonds, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
