Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
2. Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the chicken broth, shredded chicken, salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add the frozen peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
