Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 8 pcs Taco Shells
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly.
  4. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing chicken in each shell, then topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
