Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry until they are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
