Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 pieces Large lettuce leaves
- 4 pieces Tortillas
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Place a large lettuce leaf on each tortilla.
3. Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
4. Roll up the tortillas and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
