Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Large lettuce leaves
  • 4 pieces Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a large lettuce leaf on each tortilla.
  3. 3. Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
  4. 4. Roll up the tortillas and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
