- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Toasted almonds, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped celery, and mayonnaise.
2. Add the toasted almonds and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
