- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
- 1 cup Red Grapes, halved
- 1 cup Apple, diced
- ½ cup Celery, sliced
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, grapes, apple, and celery.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
