  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 slices Bread

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. 3. Spread the chicken salad mixture onto 4 slices of bread.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
