Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Water
- 2 packs Ramen noodles
- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 2 pieces Boiled eggs, halved
1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
3. Stir in cooked chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add green onions and baby spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
5. Divide ramen into bowls. Top with halved boiled eggs. Serve hot.
