Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 3 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and celery, and cook until softened.
  2. 2. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth.
  4. 4. Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in cooked chicken and milk. Cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
