Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 4 pieces Potatoes, boiled and diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Chopped celery
  • ¼ cup Chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  1. Cook and dice the chicken breasts.
  2. Boil and dice the potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken, potatoes, celery, and red onion to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
