- 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
3. Add the sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until tender.
4. Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture among the hoagie rolls.
5. Top each sandwich with two slices of provolone cheese.
