Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and shred the chicken.
  5. 5. Return the shredded chicken to the pot. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
