Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup All-purpose Flour for dredging
  • 1 cup Marsala Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
  6. 6. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  7. 7. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  8. 8. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
  9. 9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
