  • 4 pieces Cube Steaks
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and eggs.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the buttermilk mixture, and finally dredge again in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Fry the steaks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
