Ingredients 

Salad

  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn cooked
  • 1 cup Avocado diced
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts grilled and sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and avocado.
  3. 3. Add the grilled chicken slices to the salad.
  4. 4. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
