  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the shredded chicken and corn kernels. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add to the pot and stir well.
  4. 4. Slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring the soup to create egg ribbons.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
