  • 3 cups Broccoli florets, blanched
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, and sliced red onion.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
