Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Celery stalks sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the rice, sliced carrots, and celery. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the rice and vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
