- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter melted
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the chicken pieces and cook until tender.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
3. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling broth. Reduce heat and simmer until dumplings are cooked through.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
