Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. 6. Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them to the skillet. Toss to coat with the sauce.
  7. 7. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
