- 3 lbs Beef roast chuck or rump
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 6 rolls Italian rolls split
- 1 jar Giardiniera optional, for topping
1. Place the beef roast in a slow cooker.
2. Add the beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
4. Shred the beef with two forks and return to the slow cooker to keep warm.
5. Serve the beef on Italian rolls, topped with giardiniera if desired.
